Fake Discount Recharges: Promoting significant discounts through unofficial channels (e.g., private links, third-party top-up websites) to lure you into clicking phishing links or providing your account credentials, leading to account theft or financial loss.

Impersonating Customer Service: Fraudsters posing as DCPGAME official customer service, claiming issues like "abnormal recharge" or "account suspension," to trick you into transferring money to their designated accounts or providing verification codes.

Fake Prize Notifications: Contacting you via in-game private messages, SMS, or external social apps, notifying you of a "prize" and demanding a processing fee or tax to claim the reward.

Fake Trading Platforms: Creating counterfeit platforms for trading game accounts or items, and defrauding you by citing reasons like "funds frozen" during the transaction.

Sole Official Recharge Channels: Please ensure you only use the recharge入口 (entrance) provided within the game or on the official DCPGAME website. All recharge or purchasing services from unofficial channels carry extremely high risk, and DCPGAME is not responsible for any losses incurred from them.

Official Customer Service Contact: DCPGAME official customer service will NEVER proactively contact you through unofficial channels (such as personal QQ, WeChat) to ask for your password or verification code. If you have any questions, please contact us via the in-game customer service function or the contact methods published on our official website.
