Product overview

BASE is a Belgian mobile operator offering plans, prepaid service and recharging. This voucher tops up an eligible BASE prepaid mobile number rather than opening a new line or broadband service.

Once you have the card, apply its recharge credential through a BASE-supported prepaid channel to credit your own number. It is not a one-time discount code and does not replace activating a new SIM.

Confirm you are topping up an eligible BASE Belgium prepaid number, not a postpaid plan or another operator's line.

Have the recharge credential or code from the card ready.

Enter the credential to your number through a BASE-supported prepaid recharge channel, such as BASE's official app or site, or the top-up entry BASE support points you to.

Check that the balance has updated; if credit has not appeared, contact BASE support with the voucher.
