🎯 How to use

Once you have the gift card code, read the official redemption instructions provided with it.

Use it through El Corte Inglés's official channels as instructed, such as the relevant area of the website or official app.

Enter the gift card code and confirm the amount applied before completing the order.

Keep the redemption record so you can check the balance or resolve issues later.

⚠️ Important notes

This is a shopping gift card, not El Corte Inglés membership points or a payment card.

The official app notes some categories and gift cards themselves fall outside free-shipping thresholds; standard shipping rules apply.

Eligible categories follow the card's terms, so do not assume full-catalog coverage.

Purchase quantity is the number of codes or cards. Each one delivers the value or entitlement named by the selected option; quantity is not a custom top-up amount.

🛡️ Stay safe

Use redemption codes only in the relevant brand’s redemption interface. For top-ups, provide only the receiving details requested by the product. Never share login passwords or one-time verification codes, or use gift cards to pay alleged tax debts, release frozen funds or complete security checks.

❓ Frequently asked questions

Can I use it for groceries at the supermarket?

The group includes supermarkets, but whether the gift card covers food purchases follows its official terms.

Can it be used in the app?

Is this a membership card?

No. It is a shopping gift card and provides no membership benefits or points.

Scam prevention and account safety

• Do not share gift card codes, account passwords or verification codes with strangers.
• Check the account ID, region and face value before purchasing. Use the appropriate platform’s legitimate redemption page.
• Be wary of requests to pay fines, deposits or account-unlocking fees with gift cards. Do not buy or hand over codes at a stranger’s instruction.
