eMag · Hungary · Gift card

Product overview

eMag is an online retail marketplace focused on consumer electronics, home appliances and everyday goods. This fixed-value voucher offsets the matching amount when you shop on the eMag site for the country it was issued for, making it a flexible gift for someone who would rather choose their own phone, appliance or household item than receive a preselected model.

Note that eMag here means the retail marketplace, not the similarly named German EMAG machine-tool manufacturer. eMag runs separate sites in Romania and Hungary, so a voucher is normally used on the site matching the country of purchase.

Region： Hungary

The selected option delivers a redemption code or card credential, to be redeemed through the relevant issuer’s process.

Examples of listed options： eMag HU 100 HUF / eMag HU 400 HUF / eMag HU 1000 HUF / eMag HU 5000 HUF / eMag HU 15000 HUF. See the product option selector for the complete choices and current purchasable options.

🎯 How to use

After purchase you receive a voucher code; keep it private and do not share it.

Open the eMag site for the country the voucher was issued for (Romania or Hungary) and add your items to the cart.

At checkout, look for the voucher or promo-code field, enter the code and confirm the amount applied.

If no code field appears at checkout, contact that site's official customer service to confirm the correct entry point before ordering.

⚠️ Important notes

The voucher has a fixed value; the amount it covers is set by the denomination you choose.

eMag operates separate country sites, so the voucher is normally limited to the site for its country of purchase.

Whether third-party sellers or special categories accept the voucher depends on that site's checkout rules.

Purchase quantity is the number of codes or cards. Each one delivers the value or entitlement named by the selected option; quantity is not a custom top-up amount.

🛡️ Stay safe

Use redemption codes only in the relevant brand’s redemption interface. For top-ups, provide only the receiving details requested by the product. Never share login passwords or one-time verification codes, or use gift cards to pay alleged tax debts, release frozen funds or complete security checks.

❓ Frequently asked questions

Is this voucher connected to the EMAG machine-tool company?

No. Here eMag refers to the electronics and general-merchandise retail marketplace, not the EMAG machine-tool manufacturer.

What can the voucher be spent on?

Electronics and general-merchandise items on the platform, according to what the relevant country site lists and its checkout rules.

Can it be used on another country's site?

eMag's country sites are separate, so a voucher is normally tied to the country where it was purchased; use it on the matching site.

Do I need to provide a receiving account at checkout?

The current options deliver a code or card credential without a required receiving-account field at checkout. Choose the value or content you need, then use the delivered code through the redemption process for that product.

Scam prevention and account safety

• Do not share gift card codes, account passwords or verification codes with strangers.
• Check the account ID, region and face value before purchasing. Use the appropriate platform’s legitimate redemption page.
• Be wary of requests to pay fines, deposits or account-unlocking fees with gift cards. Do not buy or hand over codes at a stranger’s instruction.
