Open the in-app voucher or promo-code entry and enter the Grab Express code you received.

Once redeemed, apply the voucher when placing a Grab Express delivery order as prompted in the app.

This is a fixed-value delivery voucher, not a Grab cash balance, and generally cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another account.
