After purchase you receive a Grab redemption code; check that the amount matches the region of your account (Indonesia or Vietnam).

Open the Grab app on your phone and sign in to your own account.

Go to the gift card or redeem section inside the app, then enter or paste the code and submit it.

Once accepted, the balance appears in your Grab account and can be used for supported in-app payments; where the redeem entry sits depends on your app version.

The code is tied to the region you select, so an Indonesia code generally will not work on a Vietnam account, or the reverse.

It works only with a Grab account and is not cash or valid on other ride or delivery platforms.
