Check that the receiving PSN account is set to the Czech region; the account country/region cannot be changed.

Open Redeem Codes in the PS5/PS4 Store menu, the PlayStation Store website, or the PlayStation App.

Enter the code and confirm so the value is added to the wallet.

Choose games or content in the store and pay from the wallet balance.
