Product overview

PlayStation Store sells digital console games, add-ons and eligible subscriptions. This card is a wallet top-up: redeeming it adds balance you can spend at Store checkout, but it is not a PlayStation Plus membership and not a specific game. It suits a player with an existing PSN account who wants to buy games or content in the Store; keep wallet cards and subscriptions separate.

Region: United States

The selected option delivers a redemption code or card credential, to be redeemed through the relevant issuer’s process.

Examples of listed options: 25 USD / 50 USD / 75 USD / 100 USD / 150 USD. See the product option selector for the complete choices and current purchasable options.

🎯 How to use

Sign in to the PlayStation Network account you want to fund and confirm its country/region matches the card.

Choose Redeem Codes in the console Store menu, or open Redeem Codes in your account pages.

Enter the gift card code and confirm; the funds appear in your PlayStation Store wallet.

Use the wallet balance at Store checkout for games, add-ons or eligible subscriptions.

⚠️ Important notes

The card region must match the account region, and an account country cannot be changed afterward.

Codes are single use and funds or content cannot be moved between accounts.

Funding a child account's wallet is handled by the family manager; a wallet card does not activate PlayStation Plus.

Purchase quantity is the number of codes or cards. Each one delivers the value or entitlement named by the selected option; quantity is not a custom top-up amount.

🛡️ Stay safe

Use redemption codes only in the relevant brand’s redemption interface. For top-ups, provide only the receiving details requested by the product. Never share login passwords or one-time verification codes, or use gift cards to pay alleged tax debts, release frozen funds or complete security checks.

❓ Frequently asked questions

Does redeeming give me PlayStation Plus?

No. This is a wallet top-up that only adds Store balance; PlayStation Plus is a separate subscription bought on its own.

Can I redeem through the PlayStation App?

Yes—the PlayStation App offers Store and account functions; you can also redeem via the console Store menu or the account Redeem Codes page.

What if I bought the wrong region?

It will not work. The code region must match the account region, and account country cannot be changed, so check before redeeming.

Do I need to provide a receiving account at checkout?

The current options deliver a code or card credential without a required receiving-account field at checkout. Choose the value or content you need, then use the delivered code through the redemption process for that product.

Scam prevention and account safety

  • Do not share gift card codes, account passwords or verification codes with strangers.
  • Check the account ID, region and face value before purchasing. Use the appropriate platform’s legitimate redemption page.
  • Be wary of requests to pay fines, deposits or account-unlocking fees with gift cards. Do not buy or hand over codes at a stranger’s instruction.
