Sign in to the Steam account that should receive the balance and check that its wallet currency matches the code.
Open Account Details in the Steam client or website and choose Redeem a Steam Gift Card or Wallet Code.
Enter the code as prompted and confirm; the credit then appears in that account's wallet.
Spend the wallet balance on eligible games or content in the Steam Store.
