Product overview

Tmall Supermarket is the Tmall channel focused on food and household daily goods. The Xiangtao Card is built for shopping in that channel, covering everyday restocking, snacks, fresh items and home cleaning.

It is not a generic Alipay balance and cannot be applied at any Taobao or Tmall seller. Which items and which account it can be bound to are set by the instructions that come with the card.

Find the Tmall Supermarket binding or redemption entry described on the card or its leaflet.

Sign in to your own Tmall account and enter the card number and code on that page.

Return to Tmall Supermarket, shop eligible items and check the account balance at checkout.

If binding or deduction fails, keep the code safe and contact Tmall Supermarket support about the account and item scope.

Can I pay any Taobao store with this card?

No. It is a Tmall Supermarket Xiangtao Card; use it on eligible Tmall Supermarket accounts and items per its instructions, not as a payment method for other sellers.

Can I give the card to a family member?

You can usually pass an unbound card code to family so they bind it to their own Tmall account, but check the card instructions first.

The balance has not appeared after I redeemed it.

Confirm the bound account matches the account you shop with and recheck the card number and code; if it persists, contact Tmall Supermarket support with the code.

Do I need to provide a receiving account at checkout?

The current options deliver a code or card credential without a required receiving-account field at checkout. Choose the value or content you need, then use the delivered code through the redemption process for that product.

• Do not share gift card codes, account passwords or verification codes with strangers.
• Check the account ID, region and face value before purchasing. Use the appropriate platform’s legitimate redemption page.
