Viettel is a Vietnamese telecommunications provider. This prepaid recharge adds phone credit to an eligible Viettel mobile number so it can keep being used for calls, texts and mobile data billed against a plan.

It is not a handset and not a card that automatically activates an unlimited-data plan. Prepaid and postpaid lines, and separate data packages, are not interchangeable; the credit supplied is the amount in the option you bought.

Following the instructions for your option, enter the number and recharge code in the appropriate entry, or credit the number directly.

Wait for the balance to post and confirm with Viettel's balance inquiry method.

If it does not arrive, keep your receipt and contact Viettel support to check the number and transaction.

Can I use data right after topping up?

You are adding balance; online use depends on the plan already active on the number, and no unlimited plan is switched on for you.

Can I top up a Vinaphone or MobiFone number?

No. This is a Viettel recharge product and applies only to Viettel mobile numbers.

What if I entered the wrong number?

Credit sent to a wrong number is usually hard to reverse, so check carefully before submitting; if it happens, contact Viettel support promptly.

Do I need to provide a receiving account at checkout?

The current options deliver a code or card credential without a required receiving-account field at checkout. Choose the value or content you need, then use the delivered code through the redemption process for that product.

Scam prevention and account safety

• Do not share gift card codes, account passwords or verification codes with strangers.
• Check the account ID, region and face value before purchasing. Use the appropriate platform’s legitimate redemption page.
