How do I choose a region and face value?

Match your account region with the product region and currency before selecting a face value. Do not assume cards from different regions are interchangeable. Check the product description and the relevant platform’s redemption rules.

Where can I find my order and redemption information?

Sign in and open the order details in your account to see the order status and any delivery information provided. Use the relevant platform’s redemption page as described by the product. If an order is not complete, check its status first.

Do I need to provide account information?

Only complete the fields required on the product page. Check the region, face value and card quantity before submitting. If an account ID is required, copy it from the relevant platform and verify it. Never provide your password or verification code.
